Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the ClickFq website (clickfq.com) or the Venture Labs client portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms are governed by the laws of India.

2. Services

KIWCO operates ClickFq Venture Labs, a digital marketing and growth execution platform. Services are offered as described on our Pricing page and are subject to individual service agreements or statements of work agreed between KIWCO and the client.

3. Account registration

• You must provide accurate information when creating a Venture Labs account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account.
• Accounts are non-transferable without our written consent.

4. Payment and billing

• All payments are processed through Zoho Billing. Prices are as shown on the Pricing page, exclusive of GST.
• Monthly retainer services auto-renew unless cancelled at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.
• One-time project fees are due as per the payment schedule agreed in the statement of work.
• Late payments may result in service suspension after 14 days of due date.

5. Intellectual property

All creative deliverables, code, content, and assets produced for you under a paid engagement become your property upon full payment. KIWCO retains the right to reference the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The ClickFq brand, website, and platform remain the exclusive property of KIWCO. You may not reproduce or use our trademarks without written permission.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to treat each other's confidential business information with discretion and not to disclose it to third parties without consent, except as required by law.

7. Limitation of liability

KIWCO's total liability for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement with 30 days' written notice. KIWCO may terminate immediately for non-payment or breach of these terms. Upon termination, outstanding fees remain due for work completed.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Gurugram, Haryana.

10. Changes to terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our services after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
